This explains what Critical Studios collects when you shop at criticalstudios.shop or sign up for our messages, and what we do with it.
What we collect
To get your order to you we collect your name, shipping address, email address and phone number, entered on Stripe's secure checkout page. If you ask for our discount code or turn on bag reminders, we also keep your email or mobile number, the time you agreed and the page you agreed on, so we can send what you asked for and show that you said yes.
Payments
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To fulfil and ship your order and answer questions about it.
- To send order confirmations and shipping updates (email, and text if you opt in).
- To send the messages you opted in to, such as a discount code or a bag reminder.
Who handles it for us
We use a few service providers to run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding), Twilio (text messages) and an email delivery service. They process your information only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@criticalstudios.shop.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for shipping, returns and accounting. Message sign-up records are kept until you opt out, then only as long as needed to prove your consent and opt-out.
