These terms apply to purchases from Critical Studios at criticalstudios.shop.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when Stripe confirms your payment. Critical Studios is a small, limited-run label. Pieces are made in small numbers, and once a size sells out in Vol. 01 it will not be restocked. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fill.
Shipping
Free shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally. Orders ship within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, and you'll get tracking by email (and by text if you opt in).
Returns
You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange an item, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. After 7 days, all sales are final. Distressing and print cracking are part of the design, not a defect, and pieces are sold as shown. You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. To start a return, email hello@criticalstudios.shop with your order number.
